Employability and IE Placement leads
Each discipline at the University of Manchester has an employability lead, an Industrial Experience (IE placement) lead and a careers consultant with responsibilitiy for:
- developing professional skills of their students so they are better prepared for the workplace
- helping students find internships, placements and graduate roles or further study
- building relationships and collaborating with employers in their discipline
- supporting students through the process of CV writing, applications and interviews
